At a time when the world was bracing for disruption, London became the epicenter of inspiration. On July 17–18, 2024, global influencers, African heads of state, CEOs, and thought leaders converged for the 9th ALM Africa Summit, hosted by African Leadership Magazine, under the timely and transformational theme:
“Africa Unleashed: Navigating Disruptions, Enhancing Opportunities.”
In the midst of this elite global gathering stood Dr. Jacqueline Mohair, a proud descendant of the Motherland, representing the African diaspora with authority, compassion, and vision. As an international educator, humanitarian, and Chancellor of Trinity International University of Ambassadors, Dr. Mohair brought not only her voice—but her legacy.
A Divine Assignment: Speaking Power and Honoring Greatness
At this historic event, Dr. Mohair took the main stage as a featured speaker, sharing a dynamic message centered on legacy leadership, cross-continental collaboration, and the prophetic rise of Africa’s next generation of women leaders.
“Though I was born in America, I am a daughter of Africa,” she declared. “My roots are deeply planted in the soil of purpose, and it is my honor to water the seeds of legacy wherever I go.”
In a deeply moving moment, Dr. Mohair was also called upon to present high honors to two extraordinary women leaders whose work has reverberated across the globe:
- Dr. Lola Olukuewu
- Dr. Oluyemi Sumbo Obadare
Their service to healthcare, global missions, and human development was acknowledged with elegance and reverence. The recognition took place alongside other dignitaries including Dr. Dee Dawkins-Haigler and Dr. Ken Giami, Founder and Publisher of African Leadership Magazine, whose visionary leadership continues to elevate the African narrative globally.

The summit was completed just one day before the world experienced a massive global computer outage that grounded flights and temporarily halted hospital systems. As many delegates prepared to depart London, the world slowed—but not before the mission was fulfilled.
“It was divine timing,” Dr. Mohair reflected. “We released vision before silence. We crowned excellence before confusion. That’s what purpose looks like when God is in the details.”
